In a statement published on Monday via the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) platform, the board of directors of Rawasi Construction Investment approved the company's transition from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market (TASI).
Furthermore, Rawasi Investment confirmed that the transition to the TASI index is subject to market approval and contingent upon meeting all requirements imposed by the market. The Saudi company also indicated that it will announce any significant developments related to this matter in the future.
At the close of the Saudi stock exchange on Monday, the share of Rawasi Construction Investment (TADAWUL: 9547) fell by approximately 3.47%, losing about 18 halalas in the session to end trading at the level of 5 riyals.
Rawasi Investment had reported losses last year, as the Saudi company incurred net losses of 9.48 million riyals, after achieving profits in 2023 amounting to 15.13 million riyals.
