Flynas, backed by Kingdom Holding, is gearing up to offer 30% of its shares for public subscription in the Saudi stock market this year, following the postponement of its 2024 listing plans. The anticipated IPO is expected to attract substantial interest from both local and international investors.

Key Discussions with the Capital Market Authority

Sources close to the matter informed Al Arabiya Business that ongoing negotiations between Flynas and the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) have been in progress since last year. The airline is diligently working to fulfill all regulatory requirements and obtain final approvals to ensure a successful listing.

A Promising Investment Opportunity

During the World Economic Forum in Davos, Kingdom Holding CEO Talal Al Maiman announced that Flynas has officially submitted its listing application to the CMA and expects approval soon. He emphasized that the IPO will offer lucrative investment prospects, supported by the airline's strong financial performance and growth potential.

Al Maiman highlighted Flynas’ impressive achievements, reporting a 100% profit rate. The airline’s efficient management and successful expansion strategy have positioned it among the top three low-cost carriers globally, making it an attractive investment destination.

Global Financial Institutions Steering the Offering

According to Bloomberg, Flynas has appointed leading financial institutions—Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Saudi French Capital—to oversee the offering process, reflecting the company’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and well-structured IPO.
