OPEC+ concludes its meeting with a decision to keep oil production unchanged.

The alliance of oil-producing and exporting countries and its allies (OPEC+) decided at the end of the cartel's regular meeting on Monday not to make any new changes to the oil production of member countries, keeping current oil production levels unchanged, according to journalist Amina Bakr, an energy researcher at Energy Intelligence and responsible for OPEC+ coverage.
In the press release issued by the alliance, OPEC+ emphasized the critical importance of achieving full compliance and compensating for unplanned increases in the production of the member countries of the cartel. It also confirmed that it will continue to monitor members' adherence to the agreed production adjustments made at the 38th ministerial meeting of OPEC and its allies, noting that the next meeting will be held on April 5.
At the same time, OPEC announced that it will replace the Norwegian energy company Rystad Energy and the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) with the market research and analytics company Kpler, the British energy analytics firm OilX, and the U.S. energy research company ESAI Energy, as part of the secondary sources used to assess crude oil production.
