Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)
The DFSA is the integrated regulator of the DIFC, that licenses, authorizes and registers those who want to conduct financial or ancillary services from the DIFC.
The DFSA is responsible for ensuring that the DIFC is one of the best regulated financial centers in the world, for this reason the DFSA only grants approval to those who demonstrate their ability to meet and maintain the required high standards.
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC)
A strategic initiative of the Dubai government created to establish a unique commodity market place in Dubai.
Rated ‘A’ by standard & poor’s, DMCC provides industry-specific market infrastructure and a full range of facilities for:

- Commodities industries

Dubai Mercantile Exchange Ltd (DME)
The DME is a uniquely positioned to provide price transparency and market liquidity for crude oil from the world’s foremost oil producing and exporting region.
The establishment of the DME is also intended to strengthen Dubai’s ties with the international finance and commodities trading communities.
Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX)
DGCX is the world’s newest online commodities derivatives exchange.
Moreover, DGCX is the first international commodities derivatives market in the Middle East region and, therefore, the first in the critical time zone between the markets of Europe and the Far East
As a full functioning international commodities derivatives exchange, DGCX offers a range of commodities, commencing with Gold Futures, with electronic trading accessible from anywhere in the world.
Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA)
Since its inception, the Securities and Commodities Authority has been keen on putting the objectives stated in the Federal Law No. (4) of 2000 into effect by sparing no effort to strengthen the legislative structure through issuing such regulations and instructions that ensure the development of the organizational and supervisory framework of the list joint-stock companies and other companies operating in the securities field.
Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC)
DGCX has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC) for undertaking all clearing, settlement & risk management functions.
DCCC becomes the Central Counterparty for all deals executed on DGCX trading platform through the process of innovation, whereby it acts as a Seller to all Buyers and Buyer to all Sellers on the Exchange. DCCC provides Settlement Guarantee for all deals executed on DGCX platform.
